Meet one of the fabulous four: Skittles! Skittles is one of Candi's babies. Candie is a gorgeous calico young adult female that was discovered by a good samaritan family with a severe tail injury that required months of treatment and surgical care. As most outside orphans, she was scared, hungry, and pregnant. She was so sweet we named her Candi. She loves everyone she meets and is very social. Due to being pregnant, she was unable to have immediate surgical care, so alternative holistic care was utilized and went fabulously! The babies were born about 4 weeks after she came in to rescue and we named them all in honor of the sweetness of Candi. ( Butterfinger, Reese's, Skittles, and Baby Ruth) These babies have all been feline leukemia and Aids tested and are negative. They have had 2/3 of the required kitten vaccines and are now ready for their very own forever homes. Skittles is a little more shy than her brothers, but is learning that people are great. She loves to play in the kitty cubbyhole and swat her glow moth as well.. She is great friends with her brothers and sister and is fearless among the dogs. She loves to climb and play.
